The Icelandic Pantry, represented by 14 Icelandic artisan food producers, will be selling their products at London’s famous Borough Market for the first time.

The Icelandic Pantry, represented by 14 Icelandic artisan food producers, will be selling their products at London’s famous Borough Market for the first time, October 7-10, Iceland Review reports:

 Their products include: organic angelica-fed lamb, hot-smoked mackerel, marinated herring, artisan rhubarb brittle, freshly-fried kleina (twisted doughnut), a range of bean-to-bar chocolates, blueberry-cured lamb, geothermally-produced sea salt and an eco-whey drink with wild berries, Iceland moss and Arctic thyme.
