It has taken a year, but Arctic Ice Cap Water has figured out how it can turn the ice that flows by the Ilulissat, Greenland-based bottled water firm into a product for export, The Arctic Journal writes.

The challenge with exporting ice for use as bottled water, says Peder Pedersen, the firm’s managing director, is keeping it pure.

Arctic Ice Cap Water produces water from melted glacial ice. To get the ice, three employees simply approach icebergs that have run aground in Disko Bay and cut out ice.
