Ivalo, Finland: Mayor Toni K. Leine of the Finnish border municipality Inari has always had close cooperation with the neighbors in Russia. Now, however this cooperation has been shattered, worries run high, and he feels a strong sense of sadness. Nevertheless, he trusts the national authorities and wants NATO membership.
