Climate Change draws invasive species to the Arctic

Invasive species may endanger the sensitive ecosystems existing in the Arctic.

Warmer temperatures and declining sea ice pulls foreign animals and plants to the Arctic, with drastic consequences for these sensitive ecosystems.

Invasive species pose a big problem for native animals, whose numbers can decline to the point of collapse, according to Science Nordic.
