Wants Greenland to Invest in Data Centers
Jørgen Rosbach (Demokraatit), member of the Greenlandic parliament (Inatsisartut), wants the Greenlandic government to investigate how Greenland can attract international data centers, according to Sermitsiaq.
He believes it can provide new growth and jobs. Greenland gets its main income from fishing and tourism, as well as subsidies from Denmark.
Rosbach says politicians must find new and long-term sources of income to contribute to Greenland's tight economy.
