US Secretary of Navy Kenneth J. Braithwaite on visit to Norway

Secretary of the Navy and former U.S. Ambassador to Norway, Kenneth J. Braithwaite recently visited Norway.

"The trip marks Braithwaite's first international engagement as Secretary of Navy, highlighting the importance of the U.S.-Norwegian naval relationship and the High North region," the U.S. Embassy in Oslo states.

The Secretary met with Prime Minister Erna Solberg, Minister of Defence Frank Bakke-Jensen and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ine Eriksen Søreide.
