Eda Ayaydin is a PhD candidate at the University of Paris-Saclay in the field of Political Science and is currently an invited researcher at UiT. Her research addresses the topics of Arctic sovereignty, science diplomacy, governance, and Sami political representation. She is also a lecturer at Sciences Po Bordeaux where she teaches Arctic politics and indigenous cultures. She has publications on Arctic exploration, cooperation, and political representation of the Sámi.
