Meyership and Nova Sea Collaborates on Electrical Transport

The fish farming company Nova Sea and the transport company Meyership will cooperate on electric transport.

That is reported by Rana Blad.

"The green shift is important to us. Northern Norway accounts for half of the length in Norway," says Leif Sagen, general manager of Meyership.

The two companies are now collaborating on two electric tractors that will transport salmon.

Sagen of Meyership can tell that they already have electric boats and cars, and that it was time to put in place larger vehicles that can transport large quantities of salmon.

According to the newspaper, Bjørn Olvik, commercial director of Nova Sea, can reveal that they plan to scale up the number of vehicles if this is a success.
