Hurtigruten’s Svalbard Line Doubles in Capacity
Starting next season, Hurtigruten's Svalbard line will double in capacity. The route to Svalbard and along the Norwegian coast has been a great success. Hurtigruten reinitiated the Svalbard line in 2023 after 40 years.

Starting next summer, MS Trollfjord and MS Midnatsol will sail to Svalbard weekly between Bergen and Longyearbyen.
According to the company, Hurtigruten expects to pass one million guest nights in 2025, corresponding to a revenue growth of 10 percent compared to 2024.
