Greenland May Miss Out DKK 164 Million From the EU

The EU has proposed a grant of some DKK 1.7 billion for the 2021-2027 period. The amount does not include inflation, meaning that the overall value of the grant will be reduced during the period mention as a result of inflation. Greenland stands to lose some DKK 164 million for the six-year period in question, according to Sermitsiaq.

However, the negotiations about EU funds remain to be concluded.
