Germany's Deputy Defense Minister Visits Greenland

Nils Schmid, the Parliamentary State Secretary to the Federal Minister of Defence in Germany, is visiting Greenland these days. This was reported by the Greenlandic broadcaster, KNR.

There, he will meet with Danish Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen and Greenland's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Vivian Motzfeldt.

According to the Danish Ministry of Defense, the talks will focus on developments in the Arctic and the North Atlantic, in addition to a focus on opportunities to strengthen cooperation with allies.
