Alaska Warns of Corona Overload on Medical Infrastructure

Dr. Anne Zink, Alaska’s Chief Medical Officer, yesterday announced that the current infrastructure in Alaska alone may not be enough to handle the corona virus situation.

Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy also stated that the state does not have the medical infrastructure to handle a surge of Covid-19 cases.

Along with state medical officials, the governor stressed that Alaskans need to stay at home and away from others in order to prevent the spreading of the corona virus, according to Alaska Public Media.
