Greenland Re-Opens for Tourists

Greenland has been shut for entry since the beginning of the year; however, as of Monday 3 May the country is opening up again, according to Sermitsiaq.

There will be a limit of max 600 persons per week permitted to enter, and the only flights currently available are those between Copenhagen and Kangerlussuaq.

In-coming travelers will still be required to spend the first five days in Greenland in quarantine and must submit to a Corona test on day five. If this test is negative, that person will not need to remain quarantined.

The entry restrictions are initially lifted until 31 May.
