Another Tourism Record in Iceland

Three times more people visited Iceland this January than in the same month in 2010, now five years ago.

Sixteen thousand more tourists visited Iceland last month than in January 2014, an increase of 34.5 percent., Iceland Review reports.

One in three of the 62,700 foreign tourists who visited Iceland in January came from the UK, or 21,686 in total, followed by 9,377 visitors from the U.S., and 3,206 from France, kjarninn.is reports.
